You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies regarding scheduled cleanings are outlined in the mobile application. Fees may apply for late cancellations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Medco FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
